With over 30 years of experience, Mike Eddy teaches the Filmmaking and Video production degree within the Visual Communication Technologies program at Century College. He is an Apple-certified Final Cut Pro trainer and also serves on the board of governors of the upper Midwest chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Professional Photography AAS Degree

An instructor of Professional Photography at Century College, Holly Borrelli is also a freelance photographer/designer specializing in commercial, portrait, art documentation, and forensic photography as well as graphic design. She has obtained the following degrees: A.A.S Visual Communications from Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York; B.A. in Information Media with a Minor in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota; and an M.A. in Digital Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia.

Gary Ruggles teaches the 3D Animation and Web Design degrees in Century College's Visual Communications Technologies program. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of graphic and web design prior to teaching at Century College. He earned his B.F.A. degree at Lamar University and M.A. degree at California State University, Fresno in Studio Painting and Drawing.

Graphic Design AAS Degree

John Kothera teaches in the Visual Communication Technologies Program, focusing on graphic design. In collaboration with other artists on campus John has helped create several large scale murals and signage in the Library Science building and the West campus third floor computer lab. His work focuses on connection, technology and the interaction between the natural world and human societies. He obtained his B.A. from Cleveland State University and M.F.A. from Temple University's Tyler School of Art.
